The Sioux City Symphony Orchestra (SCSO) celebrates its 100th anniversary with a season of great performances. The landmark series tops a century of musical excellence and community enrichment with a concert featuring Copland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man” and “Lincoln Portrait.” The evening ends when nearly 400 choral musicians join the orchestra for Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 “Ode to Joy.”
