IRS teams up with United Way for to help people file their tax returns
"The IRS is here for the right reasons today. They’re here, and we’re here, to help," said Andre Sayegh, Mayor of Paterson Tuesday ahead of the opening later this week of a free clinic where IRS and United Way of Passaic County will team up to give free tax-filing help to residents who make $73,000 or less. The VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) clinic will open at City Center Mall Thursday.
