Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine says that for years, oligarchs aligned with President Vladimir Putin have been using New York real estate to launder money, and that they’ve been doing it in plain sight. Tonight, the Borough President joins us to discuss why he is calling for the seizure of those properties as a way to put economic pressure on the Russian president and his allies.
