The state's highest elected woman is aiming even higher. On Monday, Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman announced her candidacy for the 2027 governor's race. As our Mackenzie Spink explains, the former educator and basketball coach says she's spent two years asking Kentuckians what they want in a governor and says she's ready to tackle the issues that matter.
