#### Kentucky has 94-hundred new COVID cases, and a positivity rate close to 27 percent.
#### The Kentucky Senate today passed a bill giving schools ten additional remote learning days.
The bill would also make it easier to rehire retired teachers to deal with staffing problems.
The bill is on its way to the House.
#### Governor Beshear today proposed new infrastructure spending in Kentucky, including new money for highways, broadband internet, water projects, electric charging stations, and state parks.
#### Kentucky lawmakers will consider bills that would lower the annual motor vehicle tax.
Because of the pandemic, and the reduced production of new cars, USED cars have gone up in value.
Because of that, Kentuckians' motor vehicle taxes have gone up an average of 40 percent in the last year.
