#### Kentucky lawmakers today passed a bill, creating a 200-million dollar disaster relief fund, one month after the western Kentucky tornadoes.
The bill now goes to the governor.
#### Governor Beshear is proposing new spending on health care, including money for Medicaid expansion, nursing homes, child advocacy groups, nursing student scholarships, and rape crisis centers.
