#### Another record day for COVID in Kentucky, as the state reports more than 13-thousand, 400 new cases.
That puts Kentucky over 100-thousand cases for the month.
The positivity rate is more than 28-point-six percent, also a record.
#### First Lady Jill Biden toured tornado damage in Bowling Green this afternoon.
Doctor Biden was joined by Governor and Mrs. Beshear.
She toured homes and businesses damaged by the tornadoes, and praised FEMA's response.
17 of the state's 77 storm-related deaths were in Warren County.
#### The state is warning people to be aware of snow and other winter weather likely over the upcoming three-day weekend.
People are urged to stay off the roads Saturday and Sunday, and to drive slowly if they have to drive.
