#### Another record day for Kentucky COVID cases - more than 98-hundred.
The positivity rate is up to 22-point-89 percent, and more than 17-hundred people are in hospitals.
#### All eight members of Kentucky's congressional delegation have signed a letter - to President Biden - backing Governor Beshear's request for extended tornado help.
After the December 10th tornadoes, the president announced the federal government would reimburse Kentucky's debris removal costs for 30 days.
The governor would like that extended for another 60 days.
#### Praise today for former State Representative Darryl Owens, who died Tuesday at the age of 84.
He was a Democrat from Louisville, elected in 2005, who was also a civil rights advocate and an attorney.
