Good afternoon, fellow Kentuckians.

I'm Judge Jason Fleming, and I'm the conservative candidate to be your next judge on the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

I can't believe I'm on the stage here at Fancy Farm.

I've been coming to Fancy Farm since I'm about seven years old.

To be on this stage is indeed an honor.

I remember sitting in the bingo tent as a child with my good Christian mother.

I would go and tell her that she was taking bingo too seriously and she would look at me and say, Shut up and just pray for B7.

For the past 17 and a half years, I've served our areas as a Christian Family Court judge.

Seeing firsthand the impact that our court system has on the lives of our children and our families.

Prior to that, I spent eight and a half years as a prosecutor.

This experience has instilled into me a deep respect for the law and a commitment to upholding the principles that make our nation great.

As your Court of Appeals judge, I pledge to interpret the law as it is written, not as I wish it may be.

Our Founding Fathers wisely created a system of checks and balances with distinct roles for each branch of government.

It's not a judge's job to legislate from the bench or impose its personal preferences.

It's my role to apply the law fairly and impartially.

Recognizing and protecting the constitutional rights of all Kentuckians.

I believe in judicial restraint and strict adherence to the Constitution.

Our laws should be predictable and consistent, allowing citizens and business to plan their affairs with confidence.

Activist judges who stretch the meaning of laws undermine stability and erode trust in our institutions.

I'm a strong advocate for transparency and efficiency in our courts.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

I'll work tirelessly to reduce backlogs and streamline court processes, ensuring a timely resolution to the cases that come before the Court of Appeals.

As your judge, I will defend your Kentucky, Western Kentucky conservative values.

While I always will rule based on the law and facts of each case.

You can trust that I share the values and understand our concerns of our Western Kentucky families.

I have been recognized for my judicial and legal abilities.

I was the 2023 University of Kentucky College of Law Distinguished Jurist of the Year.

The 2023 Outstanding Judge by the Citizens Foster Care Review Board.

The 2024 Kentucky Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Judge of the Year.

The 2011 Kentucky Bar Association's Outstanding Young Lawyer and the 2006 recipient of the public Advocate Award for Kentucky.

My beautiful wife, Tanya, and I, may I add, also my high school sweetheart, my son Brady, my daughter Megan.

And I'll ask for your vote for Judge Jason Fleming to serve on the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
