Jersey City's mayor has declared that all municipal workers will return to their assigned work sites by May 3, with proper safety precautions in place. Fulop says backlogs are building in offices like tax collection and vital records. Some epidemiologists think the early May return date is too soon and that more people need to be vaccinated first. And the largest union is pushing back.
