There’s no formal proposal to require a COVID-19 vaccine passport in New Jersey, but one Republican lawmaker is already seeking a ban on its use. Sen. Jim Holzapfel (R-Ocean) introduced a bill Monday that would block any public or private entity from asking for someone’s vaccination status.
