- I mean, it has been really hard.
You know, this business is hard enough without a pandemic.
You go in everyday and people are working really hard and sometimes they feel underpaid or underappreciated and you do everything you can to try to create an atmosphere that they can thrive in.
Then you throw a pandemic on it and uncertainty about wages and uncertainty about their own personal health and just hesitation about every single thing in life and the fact that many of our team members, again, are relatively young.
I mean I think for the four of us here and for probably many of the listeners, we've gone through a lot in our days and for a lot of our team members this is like the first really big-- - Yeah-- - Thing to happen.
And they're freaking out and like, it's tough.
It's tough to see young people who are just shaken by everything.
So the last 13 months have been really hard but honestly, on a positive note, it has been really inspiring just to see how resilient they are despite their, well you know, nervousness and and all their worries.
They are an amazing bunch and we really just learned a lot from watching them kind of push through.
