Jodi Ritocca Carlini talks about the her successful career as a broadcast journalist.

Jodi Ritacca Carlini has had a long and successful career as a broadcast journalist. She became one of the first female news directors in the country, working out of North Platte, Nebraska, got hired on by KSTP-TV as a field producer and now as current president and national trustee of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Upper Midwest Chapter.
