Attorney General Josh Kaul discusses the lawsuits challenging the lame duck session and an investigation Wisconsin joined that targets opioid distributors. Regarding lame duck laws, Kaul says “this chaos we’re seeing is not surprising,” adding that it is a direct result of the lame duck session. On opioids, Kaul stresses “if there is a violation of the law, we need to hold them accountable."
