#### State Auditor Mike Harmon is running for governor in 2023.
He's the first Republican candidate to announce plans to run.
Harmon is in his second term as auditor.
#### Senator Rand Paul is asking the National Security Agency to investigate the claim that the NSA spied on Fox News broadcaster Tucker Carlson.
CNN says the NSA denies the claim, and says Carlson has provided no evidence for it.
#### The Jefferson County Public School System is requiring unvaccinated students and staff to wear masks during its summer school program.
Those vaccinated do NOT have to wear them.
That is based on a CDC recommendation from last week.
The Courier Journal says on July 27th, the school system will vote
