#### The state is now recommending masks for ALL students, K through 12, whether they've been vaccinated or not.
It's still a recommendation; local school districts will decide.
#### Yesterday, Governor Beshear announced a mask requirement for state workers in executive branch offices.
According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, the Republican heads of the Department of Agriculture, State Treasurer's Office, and Legislative Research Commission will NOT follow the order.
The governor says unmasked workers in those departments will not be punished, but they do risk getting COVID.
