#### University of Kentucky students would face a one percent tuition hike, if the Board of Trustees okays UK's proposed five-point-one billion dollar budget.
The board meets tomorrow.
The budget would also increase UK employees' minimum pay to 15 dollars an hour in January.
#### The Courier-Journal reports State Senator Paul Hornback, a Republican from Shelbyville, won't run for reelection in 20-22.
He is chairman of the Senate Agriculture Committee.
He says he wants to spend more time with his family, on his farm.
#### Congressman Thomas Massie is one of 21 House Republicans who voted against giving Congressional Gold Medals to Washington, D.C. and Capitol police for their service during the January sixth attack on the U.S. Capitol.
