#### A Kentucky state representative has pre-filed a bill banning critical race theory in Kentucky public schools.
Representative Joe Fischer of Fort Thomas says his constituents contacted him, saying Highlands High School is considering critical race theory in its curriculum.
Fischer's bill would prevent schools from teaching that anyone is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive just because of his or her race or sex.
#### Churchill Downs today suspended trainer Bob Baffert, after a second test revealed the presence of a prohibited substance in Kentucky Derby winner Medina Spirit.
The track says Baffert and his employees won't be able to race horses at a Churchill-owned track, for two years.
