The funeral for NYSP Captain Christopher Garrow, and a woman who lives off grid in Moriah.
New York Governor Kathy Hochul, hundreds of New York State Troopers, and other law enforcement officers, all gathered in Plattsburgh to attend the funeral service for New York State Police Captain Christopher Garrow at Saint Peter's Church. And, Melanie Sawyer is a historical forager, who lives off-the-grid in a remote area of Essex County, NY between Moriah and North Hudson.
