#### Kentucky student athletes will now be able to profit from their names and images.
Governor Beshear signed an executive order today, allowing it.
In a Monday ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court was critical of the NCAA's rules limiting direct payments to student athletes.
#### The state will give 15-hundred dollars to the first 15-thousand unemployed Kentuckians who find jobs by July 30th.
