#### Lexington's Urban County Council has banned no-knock warrants.
The Herald-Leader reports last night's vote was ten to five.
Louisville banned no-knock warrants last year, after police shot and killed Breonna Taylor during a no-knock raid.
#### The Louisville Metro Council has passed a billion-dollar budget that does not cut funding for police.
The vote was 24 to two.
The Courier-Journal says police will get 195 million dollars, despite some calls to cut the police budget and spend more on social programs.
