#### The U.S. House has voted to remove Confederate statues from the U.S. Capitol.
In the Kentucky delegation, Democrat John Yarmuth voted yes, and so did Republican Brett Guthrie.
The other four Republicans - Andy Barr, James Comer, Thomas Massie, and Hal Rogers - voted no.
The U.S. Senate still needs to approve the statue removal.
#### Senator Rand Paul is again critical of Doctor Anthony Fauci and Governor Andy Beshear, for their handling of the COVID crisis.
According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, Senator Paul told a Greensburg audience that individuals should decide whether to get COVID vaccinations.
Paul wouldn't say if he plans to run for president again, saying he is focused on his 20-22 reelection campaign to the Senate.
