#### A group is challenging Kentucky's school choice law.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports the Council for Better Education voted Friday to file a lawsuit challenging the law's scholarship tax credits for private schools.
The Council's members include 168 of Kentucky's 173 public school districts.
#### For the next week, flood victims in nine Kentucky counties can apply for additional food benefits.
The state says this covers flooding from February 26th to March 14th.
The state is seeking federal approval for 22 more counties to be included.
Kentucky has a COVID positivity rate of two-point-three percent, with 36 new cases and five new deaths.
