#### Kentucky lawmakers rejected a continuation of the governor's mask mandate.
The Beshear administration filed a regulation to align Kentucky's mask mandate with new federal guidance and allow it to go past Friday.
A subcommittee voted unanimously to find the new regulation "deficient," but no Democrats were there for the vote.
