#### Kentucky lawmakers rejected a continuation of the governor's mask mandate.
The Beshear administration filed a regulation to align Kentucky's mask mandate with new federal guidance and allow it to go past Friday.
A subcommittee voted unanimously to find the new regulation "deficient," but no Democrats were there for the vote.
Thursday morning, the State Supreme Court will hear arguments about the governor's emergency powers.
