Justin Rose, winemaker of Rosemont of Virginia talks about gravity flow wine production.

Justin Rose, winemaker of Rosemont of Virginia, talks about the benefits of gravity-fed wine production. Moving grapes "downhill" from one level to the next allows a gentler way to handle delicate grape skins which results in better quality wines. Whereas the aggressive force of pumps and conveyors for grapes from one location to the next could create wine that's overly tannic and over-extracted.
