Season 22 Episode 25 | 26m 51sVideo has Closed Captions

Nick Haines and panel discuss streetcar expansion in KC before the primary election.

In 2012, voters approved, in a restrictive, mail-in election, a two mile starter line from the River Market to Union Station. Now, voters are being asked whether to approve a larger streetcar expansion for a route that would extend as far south as UMKC.
