Ocean County Health Department urges enhanced safety protocols

State and local health departments in NJ are monitoring 39 in-school outbreaks of COVID-19 and more than 200 positive cases. Hundreds of other COVID-19 cases haven’t been linked to in-school transmission but are keeping teachers and students who may have been exposed at home in quarantine. In Toms River, more than 800 students and staff have had to quarantine.
