- A typical day raising my two grandsons, it's mainly routine right now.
- Busy, busy, busy, busy.
It's nonstop.
We either doing laundry, preparing a dinner, maybe doctor's appointments, homework, how's your day?
It's either church night or rehearsal night or practice.
Then it's bedtime and we start all over again.
- A lot of our caregivers, especially our older ones, are experiencing depression, loneliness.
A lot of times feel like giving up, and it's important that they know that they have a source of support.
The Relative Caregiver Program is a program that is statewide in Tennessee, and our programs offer services to families who are caring for other relative children.
But the important part of that is it keeps the children in the custody of relatives and not strangers by keeping the family intact.
