And Republican candidate Kelly Craft has a new commercial attacking Attorney General Daniel Cameron.
And just like her last ad, the subject is Cole.
But Daniel Cameron had a chance to keep a coal fired plant running that service, 165,000 Kentuckians instead, he decided to close it.
The ad refers to the Mitchell Power plant in West Virginia, the same plant cited in a previous Kelly Craft ad.
Crafts argument is that Cameron didn't act to stop the closing of the plant.
After the last ad, a Cameron spokesperson said it appeared none of the plant's workers lived in Kentucky and the plant didn't contribute any tax revenue to the state of Kentucky.
