Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorshipThe Kentucky crafted market is this weekend at the Kentucky horse Park at all tack arena in Lexington.
The expo is celebrating its 40th anniversary and it's displaying much more than just arts and crafts.
Kentucky crafted market is a premier show of some of the finest visual art and craft in Kentucky.
We've collected about 120 exhibitors for this year's edition of the market, every one of them in a variety of artistic disciplines that represent the top of their particular form of art.
There are so many and such a wide variety of artists here from across the state.
It just shows you what your state has to offer in terms of arts and culture.
And I think it's important to have all these different artists together in one location.
I mean, even though Kentucky's not a huge state, you know, it's it's good to bring everybody all these artists in from across the state and into one area that.
We've been doing this for 40 years is pretty remarkable in Kentucky is unique among state in actually presenting a show like this.
It's just it's a wonderful celebration of creativity in Kentucky.
The event is free this year instead of charging for admission.
The Arts Council is encouraging donations be made to the team.
