Rising floodwaters cut off access to the town in Daviess County.

Rising floodwaters are cutting off access to Stanley in Daviess County. The Ohio River is expected to crest Saturday, flooding U.S. 60 near the town. Crews with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spent Thursday repaving a section of roadway to make it higher so there would be less water on the road.
