A federal judge has already ordered Davis to pay $100,000 after two men sued her over her refusal to issue licenses to them.
According to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
A federal judge has now ordered Davis to pay the men's legal bills as well.
That's another $260,000.
Davis said it violated her religious beliefs to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples.
