San Antonio Artist Laura Salazar knows what it’s like to be an “at risk” child. Before she discovered the joy of ceramics, she was one of them. Now, after years of study and a career as an artist that has seen her works displayed at area galleries and craft shows, Laura is on to her next project. She’s working to ensure that the next generation of “at risk” children enjoy the wonders of clay.
