San Antonio’s looming challenge is education. What one local group is doing to fix it.

San Antonio is booming, and the world seems to have discovered its scenery, its cultural amenities, and its business-friendly attitude. Unfortunately, the world also knows we have a looming problem: education. Too many San Antonians don’t graduate high school, and it follows that college graduation is lower than it should be. San Antonio Youth Literacy is trying to change that.
