California's ban on same-sex marriage is set to go before the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday. Both supporters and opponents to Prop 8 plan rallies in D.C. and in San Diego. Plus, San Diego City Officials will proclaim Tuesday March 26th "Inocente Day", after the 19-year old homeless undocumented teen and artist who was the subject of an Oscar winning documentary.
