The Public Utilities Commission has raised the possibility of changing the San Onofre settlement in favor of ratepayers. Also, City Council gets training on CA open local government law, repealing Obamacare could eliminate requirement for insurers to provide no-cost contraceptives, the Board of Supervisors will be asked to invest more in needed services and the mayor presents a 5 year city budget.
