School board meetings, crowded with parents supporting and opposing an in-school yoga program, haven't changed the Encinitas district's plans. Plus, Marines at Camp Pendleton and other bases are about to be subject to a crackdown by the military. As of January 1, random breathalyzer tests will be administered to Marines.
