Now that the Chargers are gone, major changes could be coming to Mission Valley. Also, the Encina power station will probably keep running through next year, Rep. Darrell Issa has been invited to a town hall, County Board of Supervisors to decide whether to pursue an alternative energy program, a followup to the DHS secretary’s visit and Chula Vista begins its first project under Proposition P.
