Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio from Argentina has been named the new Pope by the Catholic church. Plus, new ownership has San Diego fans excited for the upcoming Padres baseball season. But some fans are worked up for another reason, not being able to watch the Pads on TV. Now the San Diego City Council is getting involved in an attempt to resolve a programming dispute that’s going on its second season.
