A group in San Diego has a mission to encourage young adults with mental health issues to build relationships and have fun. Also tonight on Evening Edition, San Diego launches a plan to get 1,500 homeless people off the streets, and an ex-aide of former Congressional candidate, Carl DeMaio, who accused him of sexual harassment, is arrested for assault and battery.
