Surge of school bonds and labeling GMO foods are on the November ballot.

San Diego County and the state are seeing a surge of school bonds on November's ballot. San Diego Unified's is the largest of 106 across the state. Also, Proposition 37 is attracting national attention because of the message it could send about our food. The measure would make California the first state in the U.S. to require labeling for genetically modified food.
