The FCC is again considering new rules for the Internet amid continued protests. An exhibit at the California Historical Society examines Yosemite's history - 150 years of beauty, exploration and tragedy. Last week, a northern California man was convicted of felony vandalism for stealing part of a redwood- a growing environmental crime that is prompting alarm and a crackdown.
