Grand juries in Ferguson and New York decided not to indict white police officers in the deaths of unarmed African-American males, spurring nationwide protests. This week San Jose moved to evict hundreds of homeless people from "The Jungle," one of the largest encampments in the country. Kimberly Bryant hopes to bridge the diversity gap in Silicon Valley, by founding Black Girls CODE.
