This week on Newsmakers; Simon Thompson interviews National Education Association Las Cruces President Patrick Sanchez and a report regarding a dispute between the New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) and the Las Cruces Public Schools.   The PED wants the school district to include contractually-approved sick and personal leave days in teacher attendance data for performance evaluations.
