This week on Newsmakers; Field reports include: Las Cruces issues bonds that will be paid back using new gross receipts tax money; Some of those bonds may be used to fund an expansion of the Las Cruces Convention Center, but KRWG found no independent economic analysis was conducted on the viability of the expansion and a local event marks the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act
