My name is Todd White, and I'm a volunteer for the Lake Superior 20/20 Studio and Art Tour.
I wrote it.
This is the 14th year of the tour.
A group of artists around Two Harbors came up with the idea of having an art tour, where they would feature 20 studios that would be within 20 miles of Two Harbors.
How are you doing?
And since then, its expanded.
This year we actually only have 19 not 20 stops, but we have well over 50 artists involved.
I love Lake Superior.
It's a big part of, inspiration for my artwork.
And so being around Lake Superior, especially at this stop, I can see Lake Superior from here.
So it's, it feels like home, and it's a perfect spot.
Four years ago, at the suggestion of Justin, who has Lucky Dog Farms, the idea was posed.
Why don't we start including our local farms?
There's been such a growth in the number of small farms in this area, and also the number of artists who live in the Clover Valley area.
We're all friends and neighbors.
It's a little secret too, maybe artists don't talk, about but actually when someone buys something from you, it's really a wonderful feeling that that you created something that came out of you and someone sees it and values it enough to say, you know, I would like to, to buy that.
