Report finds NJ ranks 49th among states on pay equity for Latinas

The pay gap between white and minority workers has long been an issue, and the latest numbers are discouraging. The Rutgers Center for Women and Work issued a report for Latina Equal Pay Day, finding that New Jersey ranks 49th out of the 50 states on pay equity for Latinas.
