On board the weather balloon there is the science experiment, which is a marshmallow.
A couple of different types of marshmallows to see how they react to the pressure as it lowers, as it goes up.
There's a spot GPS which will help us find it tonight or tomorrow, and then there's an eagle flight computer that every 3 seconds is taking in information.
How fast it's going, where it's heading to, and what the pressure is and what the temperatures.
It feels very successful, like it feels like you actually did something and now we'll get the satisfaction of having our lovely DJ over here come and bring it back.
And we get to see the photos and the videos of all that stuff.
The balloon is going to go over to Wisconsin somewhere.
It'll burst, it'll hopefully float to the ground and then we'll bring everything back.
And then Tyler will take the results from that, download them into the computer and share them with the kids, and then kind of take it where it leads them.
Oh, it was awesome.
It was super fun.
Yes.
I got to go out of class and launch a balloon into outer space.
