Lots of people, especially journalists, would speak to me about second album syndrome.

I didn't understand this concept.

They would say things like, "So, are you nervous?

Are you under pressure to write more music?"

And I was like, "Nah.

It's fine."

Until I tried to write for the second album.

And it took me probably about a year to find quiet and to find stillness, and then I could write.

And this next song is the first song, again with Troy Miller, who produces.

This is the first song that went on the record that we finished, and we knew, "Hold on.

We have a whole project."
