The state Department of Health has issued a scathing report on the Woodland Behavioral and Nursing Center, detailing multiple allegations of neglect and abuse. Among the allegations are that staff made no effort to resuscitate a patient in cardiac arrest or even to call 911, ignored patients’ calls for help, and failed to control the spread of COVID-19.
